Return & Exchange Policy

The Lone Wolf — Sculptural Series

Due to the limited, collectible, and eligibility-based nature of The Lone Wolf, all sales are considered final. Each piece is produced in limited quantities and registered to the original collector at the time of purchase.

General Policy

All editions of The Lone Wolf are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of verified damage during transit or confirmed production defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Photographic documentation of the packaging and the sculpture is required

  • All original packaging must be retained for inspection

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the piece

  • Replace it with the same edition (subject to availability)

  • Or issue a partial or full refund if replacement is not possible

Shipping Damage

 

All sculptures are carefully packaged for transit. Once a shipment is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the collector.

Claims for shipping damage must:

  • Be submitted within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include clear images of external packaging, internal packaging, and the sculpture

Failure to report damage within this window may void eligibility for replacement or compensation.

 

No Returns for Preference or Display Considerations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or finish preference

  • Size, scale, or display considerations

  • Minor surface variations inherent to additive manufacturing

Each sculpture may exhibit subtle variations that are part of the fabrication process and do not constitute defects.

Edition & Registry Integrity

Returned items—when approved—must be received in original condition, including:

  • Certificate of Authenticity

  • Original packaging

  • No signs of installation, modification, or display damage

Any return that compromises registry integrity or provenance may be refused.

Apex Edition Policy

The Apex Edition is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the case of verified shipping damage or production defect. Eligibility-based access and registry assignment make this edition final upon fulfillment.
